Waterhole Inspection
Waterhole Inspection is a process employed by farmers to check waterholes on their property daily to ensure no stranded or sick animals are present and to ensure there is sufficient water for the stock in the area.
The use of a UAV allows for a pre-determined path to be flown, with payload activation for video or camera shots to be collected of each of the sites, thus providing a visual record of conditions at each site.
Of course, the flight is quiet and efficient also, being launched from the homestead and freeing up the land manager or owner to conduct other tasks whilst waiting for the data to come back for inspection. Infra-red camera feeds can also be incorporated into the route, to quickly identify if any deceased animals are in or near the waterhole – presenting a risk to the health of other livestock.
Travelling Australia wide, Skyline UAV can come to you and achieve your goals quickly and easily.
